Putting important documents in place before physical or cognitive disability declines is a demonstration of caring for family and friends. It makes difficult times and decisions easier for those involved. Learn what makes for good and bad legal documents. Giving family and friends well-written instructions and the authority to be a medical or financial agent ensures wishes are carried out.
