In order to hold this meeting and conduct business we must have a quorum of 50 members and we must be able to count votes even when multiple members might be using a single Zoom or phone connection. As we did last year, our work-around process is to ask everyone to register their attendance intent on Sign-up Genius.

We are asking each family to bring a dish for the potluck luncheon.
