This workshop will help learners understand and recognize the difference between normal vs not normal aging. Learners will be able to observe and identify behaviors that are helpful to help care for people who are affected by dementia. Learners will be to      recognize the importance of hand under hand to assist with care to do “with” vs. to do “to”. This workshop will give an overview of the five senses and how they impact the lives of individuals who are affected by dementia.
